Under the Individual postpaid plan, what do I do if I need to send more beyond my allotted credits?

If you want to send more messages beyond your allotted credits, you need to call us for a reload. Pricing for the reload is at PHP 1 per credit. To avoid this, you should choose the right plan that will suit your monthly outbound volume.
